Often a nonprofit organization may not be raising as much money as they would like, or not providing as many services as they could, or not getting their board engaged, or a whole host of other challenges may be holding them back. The problem is that often the nonprofit board and staff don’t know what is causing these challenges and how to make changes to the organization to get past them.

To help uncover what is holding your nonprofit back, Social Velocity undertakes a comprehensive organizational analysis. We interview board, staff, funders, volunteers, and appropriate external constituents to gain their honest and unvarnished insights. We then review all organization policies, procedures, plans, systems, staffing, technology, and materials.

We then compile a detailed analysis of the organization along eight dimensions:

The end result is a specific, actionable report that provides the nonprofit a strategy for overcoming roadblocks in order to increase the capacity and effectiveness of their organization.
