I’ve been on a journey for the last 5 years – likely for my whole life – back to my power.
It’s been a journey from worrying what others think, to feeling rock solid in my own knowledge.
A journey from doing what others think I should do, to doing only what brings me joy.
A journey from exhaustion, burnout and confusion, to exhilaration, inspiration and clarity – deep clarity.
And, to be clear, it’s not perfect every single day. I still have moments of self-doubt and confusion, moments of feeling lost in the woods. But for the majority of the time, I exist within a deep clarity that only I know what is best for me.
In other words, I am no longer looking to anyone else to give me permission to be myself.
But, as I said, I didn’t get here overnight.
It has been a long, arduous journey. And for much of it, I looked to others to give me permission to start or continue down this path. I read endless books, listened to countless speakers and thought leaders, wrote blank books of my own stream of consciousness, logged hundreds of miles on my morning walks, begged the Universe for guidance many sleepless nights.
And through it all, I held down my day job as a coach and consultant to social change leaders like you.
Because the truth is that it has always been so much easier for me to see how others are holding themselves back, or not trusting their own inner guidance.
It has always been second nature for me to say to someone else: “Hey, you’re selling yourself short. Here’s how you are knocking it out of the park, and here’s where you’re not listening to yourself.”
So 5 years ago when I took my big pause from the blog, I began to turn my innate ability to steer people back towards themselves, on myself. And it has been absolutely transformative.
The end result is a DELICIOUS return to my own power.
I now regularly check in with my own inner knowing for everything. And, guess what? The decisions I am making are so much better. They have brought me to such joy, freedom, power – ABUNDANCE in every aspect of my life.
I share all of this with you because I see this for you as well. You, too, can jump off the hamster wheel of self-doubt, anxiety, fear, exhaustion, burnout and return to your own, innate power and freedom.
If you want to learn how, let’s talk.
